A free jailbreak tweak called FullSwitch (iOS 8) brings you fullscreen app switcher cards when you bring up the app switcher.
FullSwitch was first released for iOS 7 last year, today we get the iOS 8 update of the tweak. Developed by xTheMaster3x and designed by Decke. FullSwitch is a pretty straight forward tweak, just install and that’s it really. I don’t think you’ll want to mess around with the options but then again some people might.
If you head into the Settings of FullSwitch you’ll find a kill-switch for the tweak, just switch the toggle to enable or disable the tweak, there’s no need to respring for the settings to take effect.
When you bring up the app switcher you’ll see some ‘multitasking indicators’, two arrows at either side of the screen. You can either hide these indicators or move them up or down the screen from FullSwitch’s preferences pane.
Swiping up on the Springboard page will bring up three options, close all apps in the app switcher, respring, and reboot device. You can toggle this option on/off in the Settings.
Finally we have a ‘Privacy Mode’ when this toggle is ‘on’, all the apps cards in the app switcher will be blurred so you can keep your backgrounded apps ‘private’. Again we have an option toggle this setting on/off.
FullSwitch (iOS 8) is now available on Cydia for free.
