On Thursday morning Apple reported a number of issues with various iCloud Services. These issues have been causing problems with Apple’s iTunes and App Stores, users are either unable to access the online stores and/or make purchases.
A notice on the Apple System Status page reads:
New and recently changed content may not have updated across devices for iCloud Drive, Backup, iCloud Notes, iWork for iCloud, and Photos.
The services that are currently affected are listed below:
- App Store
- Apple TV
- iBooks Store
- iTunes in the Cloud
- iTunes Match
- iTunes Store
- Mac App Store
- Volume Purchase Program
The issues were first acknowledged around 3PM and have been going on for over an hour now.
We will update this article as soon as the issues have been resolved.
[UPDATE] All affected services are working fine now
