‘iPhone 7’ reportedly to be as thin as the iPod Touch

While we don’t officially know anything about the iPhone 6s, we’re already getting reports/rumors about the iPhone after the 6s. According to KGI analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, the ‘iPhone 7’ will be as thin as the new iPod Touch, which measures at only 6.1mm.

If previous years are to go by, we won’t be seeing any external changes in the upcoming iPhone 6s, Apple usually saves the external changes for the iPhone release the year after. Personally, I’d be willing to have a thicker iPhone in exchange for a better battery life.

Apple is also apparently looking to use the same Force Touch technology that’s expected to be incorporated into the upcoming iPhone 6s, into 2016’s iPhone 7. This is probably because Apple suppliers have invested heavily in this years iPhone 6s.

We’re all excited for this year’s iPhone 6s as we’re expecting some big changes, see here. We’ve seen some venue preparations ready for Wednesday’s iPhone event.
