Apple creates support account on Twitter

Apple has created a brand new Twitter account dedicated to providing tips, tricks and customer support. The verified @AppleSupport account bio reads “We’re here to provide tips, tricks and helpful information when you need it most, and if you have a question, well – we’re here to help with that too.

The first tip shared on the @AppleSupport account is about changing normal lists into checklists in updated Notes app on iOS 9.
